On occasions, and to save space in your office and not have shelves full of old papers and documents, it is a good idea to make a copy of each one in your scanner. The problem is that when you later want to send these documents to others, it's not too professional sending a scan of the document.
Paperless Office is a small program that processes image files of any document that has been scanned, to convert them into a format that lets you add basic information like the author's name, keywords, title and description.
Also, as all files converted by Paperless Office aren't too big, you can send them via email, or store them in your PC for later use.
